25m² studio cabin that can accommodate 4 people, ideally located in the center of La Baule with a magnificent view over the whole bay!

The studio is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a luxury residence.

The studio is composed:
- a cabin entrance equipped with two single bunk beds
- a brand new shower room
- separate wc
- living space equipped with a convertible sofa (140x190cm), TV,
and a fully equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce-Gusto coffee maker - no dishwasher).
Large picture windows offer a breathtaking view of the ocean!
- a balcony terrace of approximately 8m² (4x2m) with garden furniture allowing 4 people to easily eat facing the sea!

The apartment also has a private parking space!
However, the apartment does not have an internet connection.
End of stay cleaning is included.
Linen is not provided but a rental service is available.

Cher pour ce que c’est

Je loue chaque été à La Baule. Première fois dans ce logement. Mais assez déçu : Lits superposés devant la porte d’entrée et à côté des toilettes Literie très mauvaise (un clic clac avec deux lattes en moins - heureusement que j’étais le seul adulte à l’utiliser) Propreté approximative (toiles d’araignée sur la terrasse, vieux paquet de mouchoirs trouvé sous le canapé…) Pas de wifi Bref, ça ne vaut pas son prix. On trouve mieux pour le même prix. Je ne recommande pas.

Très bien. Bien isolé lorsque la baie vitrée est fermée sinon le boulevard est bruyant mais la vue en vaut largement la peine à mes yeux. Merci

un super séjour

résidence agréable , le studio est très fonctionnel et la vue est superbe la terrasse est très grande et bien ombragé la place de parking et le local vélo sont de vrais plus le seul léger bémol , c est le bruit des voitures mais le logement est très bien isolé bref très bonne adresse
