25m² studio cabin that can accommodate 4 people, ideally located in the center of La Baule with a magnificent view over the whole bay!

The studio is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a luxury residence.

The studio is composed:
- a cabin entrance equipped with two single bunk beds
- a brand new shower room
- separate wc
- living space equipped with a convertible sofa (140x190cm), TV,
and a fully equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce-Gusto coffee maker - no dishwasher).
Large picture windows offer a breathtaking view of the ocean!
- a balcony terrace of approximately 8m² (4x2m) with garden furniture allowing 4 people to easily eat facing the sea!

The apartment also has a private parking space!
However, the apartment does not have an internet connection.
End of stay cleaning is included.
Linen is not provided but a rental service is available.

Ce studio est bien placé avec une belle terrasse et une place de parking (important à la Baule) , dommage qu'il y ait beaucoup de bruit avec la route mais c'est le cas de tous les appartements qui donnent sur la promenade face à la mer . Sinon rien à dire tout était très bien.
