The beautiful terrace facing south, overlooking the pool and its garden, will seduce you for sure! The swimming pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09. Come and enjoy the Landes sun in this beautiful villa very well equipped! Agréable villa fonctionnelle. Environnement calme

Seul bémol : piscine impropre à la baignade pendant 5 jours.

Manque d'entretien général.

Très belle propriété mais manque d'entretien. Les propriétaires doivent faire quelques travaux car certains points laissent à désirer (sanitaires, gouttières). De plus il semblerait normal que la pelouse soit tondue quand les locataires arrivent (elle faisait 50cm de haut, les transats étaient perdus au milieu). De plus, le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis un moment (poussière, odeur de renfermé, piscine non entretenue à notre arrivée).
