Charming house of 120 m2, located 100 m from the large beach. Completely renovated, enclosed garden with private parking.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen, pantry, separate WC, master bedroom, queen-size bed, dressing room, bathroom (bath and shower), living room, dining room, south-west facing terrace.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, 140 beds, shower room with WC.
The house is located 50 m from the beach and 500 m from the port which hosts a nice market every Monday morning.

DEPOSIT: A check of 1000 € will be requested when travelers arrive
and returned at the end of the stay (not debited)

A recommander +++

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Ile-Tudy. La villa est très confortable, idéalement située à deux pas de la plage, et très calme. Tout est accessible à pied ou en vélo, et le cadre est vraiment superbe. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Super maison, super séjour

Une semaine en famille vraiment réussie dans cette agréable villa. La plage est à 2min à pied, le club nautique à 5. Le centre village à 1,5km. Maison tout confort et très bien équipée. Seul bémol : camping juste derrière, face à la terrasse. Et nos voisins ont été un peu bruyants (une fête jusqu’à point d’heure mais bon en été est-ce évitable ?). Nous recommandons vivement et reviendront probablement car une semaine c’était trop court ! Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont très bien informés. L’accueil avec cidre, biscuits et capsules à espresso était une très agréable surprise. Merci !

Maison très agréable et bien située

Superbe logement très bien équipée disposant de nombreux atouts, dont une double exposition et un grand jardin offrant un très belle perspective. Proche de la plage et de la rivière. Merci à Magali pour son accueil et sa bonne humeur.
