We have 1 Parking space available for apartment. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and the return of the parking permit to the apartment. Should the parking permit not be returned to the apartment, there is a £50 charge. Official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Prior to arrival, we reserve the right to request a copy of the front of the card used to secure this booking. The card must match the name and address of the original individual who made the booking. Upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied. Only the number of guest specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any refunds. A cleaning fee of GBP 40 is chargeable for each booking. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This apartment is not to be used for ANY KIND OF PARTY AT ANY TIME. LOUD MUSIC IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT AT ANY TIME. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING without any refunds. Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Apartment is not suitable for loud parties, as it is in a residential area.

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce charmant appartement. On y trouve tout le confort et même davantage : 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bain, 2 sofas dans le salon-salle à manger, tv, wifi, cuisine équipée... Nous avons même trouvé un panier-petit déjeuner pour nous accueillir ! La surface était largement suffisante pour notre famille de 5, ce qui n'est pas monnaie courante à Londres... Nous avons bénéficié d'une place de parking, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la vie pour garer notre voiture. La résidence est très tranquille et ne se trouve pas très loin des transports londoniens. Il y a d'ailleurs pas loin une zone piétonne rassemblant de nombreux commerces, ce qui est très pratique. Merci à la propriétaire, que nous n'avons pas rencontrée personnellement mais qui nous a fréquemment contactés pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. Et ça a été le cas ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Very comfortable
The property completely lived up to the description for its facilities, and everything worked. It was easy to get to by public transport, being very near several bus stops, Plumstead station, and quite near Woolwich station with connections to both main railway and DLR. There's a well stocked Tesco in Woolwich, and we also had two very tasty meals in a Vietnamese restaurant Viet Baguette (bring your own drink). However, it is quite far from the centre of London if that is your destination - not a problem to us as we had plenty of time.

Excelente apartamento, mas...!
Ficamos de 25 a 28/4/2016. O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado, relativamente próximo de acesso ao transporte público e a proprietária Christianna (que não conhecemos pessoalmente), regularmente respondendo aos e-mails de contato. Infelizmente, até o momento, não houve a devolução da caução paga (£200), sequer obtivemos qualquer informação precisa a respeito de haver sido ou não efetuado o crédito (damage refund deposit). A proprietária alega ter feito através da Homeaway (homeaway.uk, imagino). Contato mantido a respeito com a homeaway .uk pedindo esclareciemtos/confirmação, até agora não foi respondido. É lamentável que o cliente (no meu caso, também proprietário anunciante no Brasil através Alugue Temporada, do mesmo grupo Homeaway) seja colocado em posição completamente vulnerável, uma vez que o pagamento integral, inclusive fee cleaning e damage deposit foi feito bem antes da chegada e, ao sair, tenha-se o stress e a perda de tempo absurdas para recuperar o devido valor correspondente ao damage refund deposit, ou qualquer esclarecimento a respeito (note-se, que o apartamento foi deixado como quando ocupado, integro e limpo, sem qualquer restrição ao modo como foi usado) Nedir M Rosa

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, light and airy apartment.
The owners are very helpful and keen to ensure that guests are happy. They check regularly that all is well via text messages. An excellent welcome pack and basics such as tea and coffee are provided. The kitchen is very well equipped which makes self catering easy. We are used to open spaces so we found the lounge with the non see through film on the windows disconcerting but can appreciate that it is intended to provide privacy on a ground floor flat. That is the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it is a 5 star property. We plan to use the place again
