Perfect property, great location.
We have been coming to Croyde on holiday for the last 12+ years and stayed in various places but have stayed at Broadland the last couple of times. We would definitely stay there again. It has everything we need as a family - comfortable lounge and dining area, lovely bedrooms (including bunk beds for the children) and great space. It is a short walk to the amenities in Croyde/the beach. And there's a surf shop at the end of the road!
This is a great place to stay in Croyde.
We have been coming to Croyde on holiday for the last 12+ years and stayed in various places until now. This is now our 1st choice for accommodation. It is newly refurbished to a very high standard and is great for us as a family having plenty of space indoors and out.
It's a short walk to the village and the beach and there's a surf shop at the end of the road! Perfect!
Couldn't ask for a better family holiday home.
What a lovely house to wile away the summer holidays! All the mod cons in a cracking setting - only 10 mins to the beach or the town. Beds very comfortable & overall it's very well equipped, it really is a home from home. Love the garden - a real sun trap without the beach breeze! We'll definitely be back!
Great house in a Wonderful location
Having camped with mates in Croyde a few times over the years and fallen in love with the area (and pubs) I knew it would make for a great family and friends holiday location. Seeking some creature comforts we chose Broadlands and couldn't of been happier. The house is very comfortable and spacious, with great rooms for adults and kids alike. It's clean, modern and well looked after. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped and there's a fantastic dining table in the lounge that will sit everyone. The garden's a glorious sun trap so expect to have an amused audience as you squirm under the cold outside shower washing away the days sand!
Location and surrounding area are spot on. You've a great little surf shop a minutes walk so hiring equipment and wetsuits is a breeze. Both village centre and beach are a 10 min walk away. Village and beach are beautiful, as is the Thatch pub. Family friendly and the best spot to enjoy a cloudy pint of Addlestones after a days fun! You also have two fantastic beaches (Putsborough & Saunton Sands) a short drive away so spoilt for choice if you enjoy splashing around in the surf.
All in all the perfect destination and home for a enjoyable uk holiday. Would happily recommend 👍👍
