Residents will appreciate going to the beach of 44 on foot, shopping possible also without a car and living in a refined setting in a beautiful neighborhood. This "cosy" and very comfortable villa. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Small intimate and charming garden.

La garonnette

Les + : Maison très bien située à 200 m de la plage, au calme. Climatisation appréciée. Stores bannes électriques sur les terrasses très appréciables. Les - : piscine trop ombragée, 3 transats insuffisants pour une famille de 6 personnes et réglage des transats difficiles. Manque un micro-onde. Tv un peu petite et vieillissante. Manque de lumière sur la terrasse et pas de lumière vers le barbecue.
