About this property

From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath 12th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Not what the pictures show

The unit was not what it appeared to be online. Very dirty and outdated. Bring your own pot and pans, the ones in the unit were awful. No kitchen towels and the like , floors were broken. It needs updating bad. On the positive: the location is great ,security is great , views and beach awesome. Pools and hot tubs were great 2 heated pools 1 unheated pool. Property was very clean and beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pools were disapointing. The main pool was ice cool and not usable.

Condo needs serious updating

Condominium great location and we met a lot of Nice people. Check in was great! BUT condo needs a lot of updating. First when you walk in door the floor has an inch crack almost all the way across the entrance way. Where the flooring is cracking and coming up. We had to buy rug to keep from tripping over it and making it worse. The master bath is a from a time capsule. Vinyl wallpaper peeling loose from wall. A large disgusting stain in one sink that will it come out. Crack in the tub surround. The garbage disposal smelled ran water in it and turned it on. It backed up into the sink. We what to plunge and plunge to get it cleared. The washer needs a good cleaning smells moldy. I did’t use it. The couch is ripped in the back and you can tell where it has been sewed several times. When we told the maintenance about it they said they knew about it.

Christmas Vacation

We’ve stayed at Long Beach before, so the location was awesome. Just a few minor details….1) we never could get the tv in the living room to work with the 3 remotes! 2) I wished the bathtub in the master has a stopper so I could enjoy that big tub and relax. 3) I also wished the master bath had a wider shower curtain to adequately reach the sides. Other than those 3 ‘minor’ things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Awesome views, great location
