Other guests above and what was that cleaning fee for?

When we checked in, it did meet our expectations as to two bedrooms and two baths. There was a lack of cleanliness (light switch frames all over the house were filthy), and many things were in disrepair. The faucet in the guest bath was not fastened down to the sink, so you had to hold it down to turn on faucet with other hand, one bedroom door appeared to have been damaged by someone busting it in, and the tile in kitchen area was lose and tripping hazard on the corner.

Lots of potential. Could improve

The good thing: location (close to metro) mini market near free parking lot (on the road) kitchen equipment new sheets and new bedspreads host's attention in troubleshooting the bad thing: lack of maintenance (deterioration of the apartment) problems with heating one room extra bed and sofas (deteriorated)
