This unit is a spacious ,well maintained, very clean, 2 bedroom 2 bath that is situated in an absolute perfect location for seeing all of Rome.
Fabrizio was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with an earlier check in which helped out our travel plans.
4 of us stayed in here and it was the most spacious rental we have over a few weeks of travel.
This was a definite 10/10, the view is as exactly as you see it!
We stayed here for 6 nights in August 2018. Fabrizio was waiting for us in the apartment at our estimated arrival time and quickly checked us in and showed us around. As other reviewers have noted, the apartment is spacious, the view is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works wonderfully. There are numerous restaurants just a 2-3 minute walk away on Borgo Pio; our go-to restaurants was Il Pozetto--which had a wide variety of menu items, and all that we sampled were very good. We would definitely stay again!
Lovely stay in Rome!
Very nice apartment. Great view. AC is wonderful! Very close to lovely restaurants. Excellent location to sites.
We loved it!
A privilege to stay in this awe inspiring place.
It was hard to leave. It’s a magical apartment. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. It’s away from hustle & bustle of tourists but still easy to access everything & right down the street from St. Peter’s Square. There is a corner market right below that had everything we needed for quick meals.
Only dose of reality was that the plaza below the apartment is a place where a few homeless people sleep, but it didn’t affect our stay. Rome is a big city and I expect this is the case in most of its plazas as it is a reality in many big cities around the world. In fact, my 6 year old son was asked by a homeless man in the plaza if he wanted to feed the birds with him and he gladly joined in!
I feel very privileged to have been able to experience this apartment.
We loved our time spent at the apartment. Very quaint, but still right in all of the Rome action. There was a concert outside in the square two of the nights we were there. Some might find that annoying until midnight, but we enjoyed it. We had a sleeping baby in the bedroom and it didn’t wake him up, so the noise level wasn’t terrible. Fabrizio was very helpful, from showing me where to get baby food (literally walking me there) and getting the sink and a/c fixed when they noticed during turnover that they weren’t working properly. They had everything fixed in a few hours. Only Issue we had was the shower cleanliness. The corners of the shower had what appeared to be mold and soap scum build up. And the drain would back up (despite my husband trying to fix it), so it just felt like you didn’t know what you were standing in toward the end of your shower. Wouldn’t prevent me from staying there by any means, and could be totally normal in European cities, but definitely notable. Overall, a wonderful time and hope to go back!
Excellent apartment for Vatican travel
Can't add much more to previous reviews. Spacious, renovated apartment in a great location in an old building with lots of character! Plenty of space for the 4 of us. AC worked great. Nice touch with extra supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Comfortable beds. View to die for! Also, because of the set-up of the place I wanted to mention that it would be great for both a family or two couples.
From the apartment you can reach on foot not only the Vatican (which is close) but also all the historical center of Rome. The means of public transport (bus, metro) are also numerous and easily accessible.
