Beach access: This home is just 50 steps from the sand at Acapulco Beach, and less than a 5 minute drive from popular Jamaica Beach.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park, just a quick 5 minute drive away.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is room in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Welcome to Tampico Tides! On the ground level, a covered patio has multiple picnic tables and a charcoal grill. You’ll want to host family dinners here! The fenced-in backyard provides a perfect spot for little ones and four-legged family members to play.
Up the stairs will lead you to the main living area. The cozy living room has vaulted ceilings, governor’s paneling detail, and tons of natural light. A comfy sofa and armchairs surround the flatscreen television. It’s a perfect spot to catch the game on TV or host a family game night. The glass double doors lead out to the sunny deck, and the outdoor seating area provides space for snacks, card games, or puzzles while catching some rays!
A pass-through bar with stool seating leads into the open kitchen. Large groups will love the laid-back layout of the living and dining spaces. Over the bar, a custom glassware rack makes it easy to serve some happy hour cocktails.
Down a short hallway are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed set into a nook surrounded by built-in storage. Three floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of bright Texas sunshine to stream in. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, and the third bedroom is a bunk room with two full-over-queen-size bunks. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
On the second floor, the ultra-private master suite occupies the entire floor. With a comfortable king-size bed, flatscreen television, and doors leading out to the top-floor patio. Wake up to the sound of the waves. Relax and unwind here in the evenings after a long day at the beach. The ensuite master bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower combo.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
