About this property

Sit on the couch or at the bar on our covered porch overlooking the longest barrier reef in the world. Watch the sunrise over the ocean. Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze all day long.

This is our home away from home. Our condo is not set up like a rental. We have new furniture and lots of art. This is the newest building at Oceans 23 (formerly the private residences at Captain Morgans). The property has an amazing pool with a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. Come stay at our private luxury condo and I will hook you up with the best places and people to make you feel like a local. The condo is stocked with everything you need: spices for cooking, floats, beach towels, ninja blender, US phone line that’s free… Ambergris Caye is an amazing Island with wonderful people. We have fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. I can email you a list of several places to go and things to do.

We offer all of our guests private concierge service starting at the Belize city airport all the way to our condo. It's our VIP service. We will hook you up and make you feel like an owner. Our concierge can help you arrange local pricing for your golf cart and will have the A/C's turned on with water and ice waiting when you arrive. Please let us know if there is a special occasion your celebrating. The concierge will help your arrange anything you need before you arrive. No extra charge for this service but tipping is always appreciated.

We will email you a list of things to do and places to eat while you are on the island. Ambergris Caye is an amazing Island with wonderful people. The locals speak English and you can use US dollars ($2 bz = $1 us).

The condo has a large master bedroom, large master bathroom, large second bathroom, and large guest bedroom with new furniture throughout the condo. We just remodeled. Debbie had an unlimited budget and broke the budget :-)

We love to travel and find new places but there is something about Belize. It's a great place to relax, rekindle your relationship, build new friendships and to party. We are both born and raised in Houston, TX. Debbie and I have owned in Belize for 6 years at the resort. Debbie always starts with an unlimited budget to redecorate and breaks it before she is finished...LOL. This is now our personal condo so this is the first time we have listed it in a rental pool. The location is just incredible. We are right on the ocean overlooking the longest barrier reef in the world. After years and years of traveling all over the world we have come to love the people of Belize and our wonderful island. We originally only sent clients or family to our condo. We would arrange for them to receive all of the services that Debbie loves...We call it "Princess Debbie" service. Everyone loved the special touches. So when we continue to provide this service for all of our guests. So all of our guests are treated like Royalty. Please let me know if you are celebrating a special occasion. We will hook you up. We leave out our personal property so you will feel like it's your home too. Fishing poles, spear guns, coolers, yeti cups, spices, floats and much more. I also have a 24' bay boat that we allow our guest to use when it is available. We just ask that you pay our captain and gas for the day. I love to help our customers plan their trip and provide my cell number that you can call or text anytime. Our goal is for you and your loved ones to have the best trip ever.

Sitting on the patio couch, the ocean is lapping at the shore, the breeze is slightly blowing and you and your loved one, you can count the shooting stars or watch the moon dance off the water. This is just an incredible condo. Very romantic!

What makes this property unique

You will never have the same trip twice. Honestly, we have even done half of the things that are fun to do. We get hung up many times on just doing northing at all.
