WELCOME TO SUNSET RIDGE RETREAT in the family friendly community of Roslyn Ridge! Located on the hilltop near the back of the community, you will be able to take in one of the best views of the mountains! Our cabin is 2,000 sq. ft. spread out on 3 levels, including 3 bedrooms + bonus bunk room. Beds include 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. Note: the bunk bed room is on the lower level, queen bedrooms are on the 2nd level & king bedroom is on the 3rd floor.

When you're not busy hiking, golfing, fishing, swimming, or snowmobiling, you can challenge your friends/family to a game of XXL foosball & more in our private game space off the garage. Fun for kids & adults!

*Inside you'll find a gas fireplace in the spacious open-concept great room.
*The kitchen is equipped with all of the cooking essentials, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
*The great room and master bedroom have TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks. Just log into your personal account to enjoy your fav shows.
*Each bedroom has a private feel, luxurious white Egyptian cotton sheets, featuring comfy anti-allergen gel pillows, and black-out curtains.
*Need to get a little work done? Upstairs you'll find an office nook with a desk and chair. Free wifi included.
*This is a great retreat for families or mature adult groups. Minimum age to rent is 28. Please no bachelor, bachelorette, prom, graduation, or similar parties. The number of guests you book for is the maximum number of guests that can be on the property day or night. Please no additional day time guests or events on the property.

*OUR PRIVATE COMMUNITY includes seasonal(Memorial Day - Labor Day) amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, beach volleyball, playground and bbq picnic areas. Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10/person per day(5 yrs and under are free). You can book your swim time 2 days prior to your trip. I will send you a link. This is all just a 2 minute walk from the cabin.

*Parking in the driveway is available. Overflow parking is near the rec center. Please do not park on the road.
*For access to the cabin, you will receive your own combination to the smartlock.
*There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property. One at the front door, and one at the backdoor.
**No pets allowed. We have an abundance of wildlife that naturally travel through our property. We'd hate to disrupt them. Thank you for understanding.
