Charming house for 4 people, 5/10 minutes walk from shops and the beach.
Located in a dead end within the secure domain Le Rastel, quiet and away from the hubbub of the seaside, it is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday in this bay which has kept its authenticity, in this wonderful Esterel frame.
This house has been completely renovated with quality materials and Provencal style.
It has a large terrace with a superb view of the bay. A dining area is also available on the Esterel side and will also allow you to enjoy the mountains and the wild side.
Adjoining on one side, it includes 2 bedrooms (with dressing room and cupboard) upstairs with a shower room and a toilet. On the ground floor, the crossing living room (sea side, mountain side) incorporates a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Each room in the house is air conditioned. The sea view terrace makes it easy to have lunch, and includes sun loungers and a summer lounge (Fermob brand). A part is covered and thus allows you to protect yourself from the sun and rain. The barbecue is integrated into the terrace. The whole is planted and gives a lot of charm to this farmhouse.

Très bonne location, bien située avec belle vue(s)

Très bien agencée, très bien équipée, joliement décorée et idéalement située, cette location proche de la mer et au pied de l'Esterel est un très bel endroit ! Très propre, avec un excellent accueil (merci Amélie). On a profité de la très belle vue à chaque repas. On recommande ce bel endroit.

Location idéalement située

Emplacement idéal, environnement calme, espace parking voiture et remorque bateau à proximité. Très belle vue sur la mer à apprécier à chaque repas. Le port est à 5 minutes en voiture avec accès parking si location d’un emplacement bateau. La plage est à 5 min à pied à l’aller (et 10 min au retour - descente à l’aller et montée au retour). Petit marché nocturne 2 fois/semaine et joli marché alimentaire 1 fois/semaine en bord de mer donc à 5 min à pied. La maison dispose de tous les accessoires utiles pour se sentir comme à la maison et elle est particulièrement bien soignée - c’est parfait pour 4 adultes !
