Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the neighboring unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that there's a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pickup truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the property. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the property that hold industrial equipment. This home offers comforts of country living with the convenience of being near the city.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Should be called the Cat Fish In
Cons: Property is a basement. Paper thin ceilings/floors from upstairs rental. The lot is large. You will be accompanied by upstairs neighbors that you can hear their conversations. Multiple campers with random people living in them. Random sheds with people living in them. Wrecked cars and a mechanic onsite. Random dogs. Management company did respond quickly. Pros: Once you are inside, it’s clean and comfortable minus the upstairs noises. Overall: I would not recommend this location.

Nice, Clean Space but Noisy Upstairs Neighbors
The space was nicely decorated and clean but the upstairs unit (you're in the basement essentially) was extremely noisy at all hours of the night (e.g. 12am-4am). If you're a sound sleeper this shouldn't be a problem but if not it could cause issues. The kitchen was definitely lacking some cooking supplies which could be remedied if they added a few more pans, baking sheets, pots and utensils. Overall, it was a nice space close to downtown Denver. P.S. Someone mentioned the broken couch - there is one spot that is sagging quite a bit. I wonder if the owner can fix it by adding support under that cushion.

Almost great
We liked the space, nicely decorated and clean, but were very disappointed that the couch was broken and collapsing. The kitchen advertised 'everything', but had few wine glasses, no wine opener, and scant pans for cooking. May not seem important, but was when we did not have them. The lights in the rooms, particularly in the bathrooms, were very dim, and we had to put makeup on in the kitchen. The offered liquids in the shower were not labelled. Beyond that, the beds were comfortable and the sleeping accommodations great. Our upstairs neighbor only gave us one noisy night. Not bad, considering.
