Please note that there's a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pickup truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the property. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the property that hold industrial equipment. This home offers comforts of country living with the convenience of being near the city.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
