About this property

Producers and distillers of aromatic and medicinal plants, we have restored an old Comtoise farm. This farm now consists of our home, our plant transformation workshop (dryer and distillery) and a 50 m2 gîte.
It is a large studio on one level, with an independent entrance and a large private plot where you can enjoy the calm of our beautiful countryside. It has a bathroom with shower and a large fitted kitchen.
The sleeping area is well designed and very cozy. It consists of a double bed and there is a mezzanine with a single bed for a child (very popular "cabin" bed) and toys and books.
There is also a convertible sofa in the living room, there is WIFI access but not the TV;)
Our small village of 200 inhabitants has no shops but we are 10 minutes from Lons Le Saunier (spa) and Orgelet. Located on the 1st plateau of the Jura, there are many hiking trails, we are also close to the lakes and not very far from the vineyards either.
It is with pleasure that we will make you discover our trade, if you wish, and that we will be able to make you taste our productions (herbal teas and spirits).

Séjour en Jura

Le gîte est situé à vingt minutes des lacs et cascades. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées et au retour nous étions au calme dans ce gîte agréable et indépendant.

Wunderschönes Domizil in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung im Untergeschoss des alten Bauernhauses, direkt neben der Distillerie, ist klein, aber sehr gut geschnitten, sehr sehr sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts (selbst Waschmittel ist vorhanden). Außerdem war sie trotz hochsommerlicher Hitze immer angenehm kühl. Da Saint-Maur ein malerischer Ort und hoch gelegen ist, erlebt man im Garten herrliche Sonnenunergänge. Außerdem ist man in nur 10 Min in Lons-le-Saunier, wo man alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs findet. Die Gastgeber, die Französisch, etwas Englisch und sogar ein wenig Deutsch sprechen, sind ausgesprochen herzlich und geben gern Einblick in ihre hochwertige Produktpalette. Ausgehend von der Unterkunft ist man in 20-45 Minuten an allen wichtigen und sehenswerten Orten, die das Jura zu bieten hat. Der Lac de Chalain, ein traumhafter Badesee (mit Parkplatz), ist ebenfalls nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist umwerfend, wir kommen sicher wieder.
