Location à eviter

Lors de la réservation,un critère essentiel était l’acceptation des animaux. Dans l’annonce il était indiqué animaux de compagnie bienvenus. Après avoir procédé au règlement,il y avait des restrictions, pour les animaux de plus de 10 kg, il fallait l’autorisation du propriétaire. À l’arrivée le propriétaire a accepter moyennant une caution de 100€. Après 3 jours le propriétaire a exigé que le chien reste en dehors du logement lors des absences, sinon il fallait quitter le logement ce que j’ai dit. Je lui ai donc demander un remboursement partiel, mais il a refusé me demandant de m’adresser à vos services qui ont également refusé et m’ont raccroché au nez. D’autre part les dates que j’avais demandées ont été modifiées sans mon accord. Vous comprendrez donc mon mécontentement
