First time in a long time.

I grew up going to Hilton Head and staying in Sea Pines. I remembered Calibogue Club fondly and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was just as I remember from 30 years ago. Only this time I was sharing it with my kids and they loved it as much as I did. Pool was well kept, road had just been repaved. The condo was better than the pictures showed. We couldn’t have been happier and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. VRBO and Vacasa were spot on with communication. Couldn’t have been better or smoother.

The stay was wonderful. The pool was not busy at all and literally just right out side our unit. The deck was smaller than expected and the mosquitoes were pretty bad, that is the only negative things about the place. It was a beautiful unit, very spacious and well equipped! No problems hopping on the trolley to get to the beach, very nice. Thanks for the memories!

great place to stay

Loved the home! We always stay in Sea Pines and have stayed in Calibogue Club before in another unit, but this was the best. The only issue that we had was there are 2 electrical plugs in the master bedroom that are each 2 plug outlets, but only 1 of the 2 plugs work on each of them. They are on each side of the king bed. Since the lamps on the night stands were plugged into the one plug that works on each side, we were not able to plug in our phones to charge overnight and have them close in the event of an emergency phone call through the night. We worked around it and other that that inconvenience, all was great!

Clean and serene

The property was great and location very quiet. Cleanliness was top notch. A few beds were represented as queen beds, however, they seemed to be full size. The Kitchen was top notch and well stocked. Since we reserved during preseason, the pool area was very quiet. The only complaint is the two and a half days of noise from ground crews while power washing the tennis courts. Definitely get the travel insurance. We had a family emergency where we couldn’t go, but I wasn’t losing the entire reservation amount, so I sent my kids, while we stayed back. They don’t budge on this point. As far as the accommodations; would stay here again.
