Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in abgelegenem, ruhigen Bergdorf. Ideal zum Wandern und Erholen. Im Dorf selbst keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Terrasse bietet tolle Aussicht.

en période de canicule être perché a 1200 offre des avantages le soir venu! la vue de la terrasse est géniale pour profiter de la soirée et des étoiles, en journée la vallée de Vicdessos offre de belles rando et de bon coins de baignade ! Grottes a visiter à proximité ! Ne pas oublier de faire les courses avant de monter!

Village charmant avec excellent accueil.

Maison bien agréable, bien agencée, terrasse avec vue superbe par beau temps. Équipement correct et fonctionnel. Village accueillant, qui a conservé des maisons typiques, voisins charmants. Super calme, très reposant. Magasins à 20 mn de voiture, rien dans le village. Parking extérieur au village, mais à proximité de la maison. Du calme, pas de nuisance, pas de danger. On entend les cloches des vaches et de l’église. Seul point négatif, maison peu habitée, peu entretenue, à nettoyer. Au total très satisfaits de notre séjour, dans une maison agréable, aux vastes espaces, de la pièce de vie comme des chambres. La terrasse est un plus.

Grande maison avec de grandes lacunes

La maison est grande, est dans un joli petit village calme, avec une vue magnifique, mais il y a quelques choses qui peuvent être améliorées: - La maison n'a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps, il y a beaucoup de saleté accumulée. - La machine à laver se trouve dans un garage très sale, elle devrait être dans un endroit plus accessible. - Le réfrigérateur est un jouet, un peu plus grand qu'un minibar d'hôtel - La communication avec le propriétaire n'est pas bonne, ou ne répond pas ou répond après plusieurs jours. - On n'a pas pu mettre la télévision en marche, ça ne passe pas par câble, ça passe sur internet, le propriétaire a dit qu'il nous enverrait l'opération par whtasapp, mais il ne l'a pas fait. Les chaises sont pleines de taches. La maison manque de quelqu'un qui s'en soucie et y assiste avec plus d'intérêt

belle maison, très agréable, avec une vue imprenable dont on ne se lasse pas; un seul bémol: le nettoyage qui devrait vraiment être amélioré dont celui de la literie (matelas et oreillers tachés) auxquels il faut ajouter l'endroit où se trouve la machine à laver... C'est vraiment dommage car Lercoul est un endroit magique
