About this property

Please note that this cottage does not have direct lake access.

Cozy cottage with four bedrooms, open concept kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings. Custom kitchen with quartz counter tops, two full bathrooms with shower in each. Three of the rooms have double size bunk beds and the fourth has twin size bunk beds. There is a large deck to enjoy a barbecue with a screened in gazebo at the side for bug-free enjoyment. The yard is very large and can accommodate almost all of your activities. This cottage overlooks Rice Lake.

There is public lake access at Bewdley beach, which is 25 minutes west, and 110 Sandy Bay road, which is 20 minutes east of us.

This place is perfect for relaxation and city getaways. It is not meant for parties so don't even think about it. Our neighbours will let us know as soon as they hear excessive noise. Please be respectful of the community.

Please be accurate with the number of people in your party. We reserve the right to charge double the additional guest fees for unreported guests.

The property size is good

Pros -The size of the property is good. -tons of parking -the amount of sleeping space Is awesome 2 bunk beds and 2 doubles/queens Cons - the absolute sewage smell throughout the entire house and property.(the place was however very clean) There are usually septic issues with smaller cottages but this one takes the cake it was almost unbearable. -no lake access which is noted in the listing.
