THE PLACE
Anastasia's residence sea view has a large open plan area with a living room with double sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. In the living room there is a LED TV , stereo and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances while in addition to the indoor dining room, there is also a 4-person dining area in the courtyard - available to guests - with great sea views.
In the rest of the apartment there is a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an air-condition that make your stay at the property enjoyable. The bedroom area is isolated from the living room by a removable partition.
Finally, the property has an elegant bathroom with shower.
Anastasia's residence sea view features cooling and heating as well as hot water on a 24-hour basis. It also has a kitchenette, fridge, washing machine and many other small appliances.

A walk on the beautiful promenade in Alykes, with its cafes, bars and restaurants, dives on the lacy beaches and bays of the settlement of Agios Stefanos and Alykes as well as the visit to the Archaeological Site of Dimitriada and Ancient Amphanes are enough to excite even the most demanding visitor.
About 10 kilometers away, the visitor can visit the magical capital of Magnesia, Volos, where there are countless options for entertainment, dining and shopping.

ACCESS TO
Access to Anastasia's residence sea view from Athens or Thessaloniki can be reached by bus from KTEL to Volos and from there we use taxis or local transport.
KTEL services from Athens and Thessaloniki to Volos are operated every 1-2 hours daily and last about 4 and 2 hours, respectively.
