La Coudonie is a magnificent traditional Quercy manor located in the heart of nature overlooking the beautiful valley of the Tourmente with a very nice view of the castle of Turenne, one of the most beautiful villages in France. It comes in gite and bed and breakfast.

A completely independent part of the house with a pretty terrace and view of the valley is for rent for stays of at least 5 days in high season (July / August) and 3 days the rest of the year. The owner lives in the other part of the manor with the 2 guest rooms. Only the swimming pool is shared

The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs, including a child's bedroom with 4 bunk beds in trundle bed on the ground floor, a large living room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs with separate wc.

This 18th century mansion has a secure private swimming pool.

La coudonie is located 9km from Collonge-la-Rouge, 4 KM from the splendid castle of Turenne and close to many other villages classified among the most beautiful in France or historic sites to visit. Autoire, Carrenac, Loubresac, Martel. The Manor is also about 30 km from the Gouffre de Padirac and the great Site of Rocamadour. You can also visit the cave of Lascaux. Many water activities on the Dordogne 20 minutes by car

Très salé: toilette avec urine, poussière de plusieurs semaines, poignées de porte très sales, vaisselle collante. Interrupteurs non fonctionnels, éclairage insuffisant dans les chambres du haut, branchement électrique près de la douche piscine...

Bonnes vacances

Le séjour fut agréable et reposant dans un cadre apaisant verdoyant et reposant. Une maison de famille agréable et propre tranquille. Il manquait peut être d un complément pour la cuisine pr celles et ceux qui aiment cuisiner mais le principal était a disposition. Le propriétaire a tjs été disponible et agreable. La maison est fonctionnelle la piscine est sécurisée et grande un réel plaisir avec les.enfants. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup de site a proximité de la maison Padirac les jardins de l'imaginaire cressensac meyssac Collonges la rouge Turenne ..tout y était commerces de proximité. Un séjour des.plus reposant depuis bien longtemps..

On recommande, très beau site!

Vue magnifique! Piscine grande et particulièrement agréable dans cette région chaude en été! Très belle maison, même si quelques « rafraîchissements » la rendraient encore plus magnifique. Propriétaires très discrets, agréables et toujours à dispo quand nécessaire. Bref, allez-y :-)
