About this property

This modern villa has been created from two historic buildings and has been developed into a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, with a spacious sun terrace and access to a courtyard garden.

Located in the picturesque, medieval town of Castelsardo, the villa is superbly located just a short walk to many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and some wonderful sandy beaches. The newly renovated villa boasts luxury, contemporary design and remains cool during the hot weather.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (can be made in to a double if requested). There are 2 bright and airy bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom on the second floor, both with showers and luxury fittings. There is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine.

The private balcony, a perfect place to sunbathe and relax, is accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor.

From the living/kitchen area, double doors lead to a large private terrace with an outdoor dining area, which is partly shaded, a perfect space for enjoying meal times and relaxing.

The fully-fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has a TV for relaxing nights in.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated with high-vaulted wooden ceilings, luxury décor and has been designed with comfort in mind.

Castelsardo

Agréable maison de ville qui mériterait cependant d’être climatisée pour plus de bien-être au cœur de l’été. Sa situation en plein cœur de la ville permet de faire les courses à pied et de profiter des bars et restaurants. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord de l’île, à 1h30 maxi des lieux que nous avions visés pour notre séjour.

Vi manglede en have parasol og vi havde problemer med at finde ud af affaldssystemet. Vi kunne ikke få det til at passe med de anvisninger der var.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Castelsardo. The property was as described, excellently located. The only thing I thought it lacked, was somewhere to hang clothing. Parking was tight & our neighbours thought they could tell us where we couldn’t park!!! Overall a lovely break in nice accommodation in a nice town

Quite difficult to park car in gated entrance as very narrow.

The property is very nice and in a nice location. However, it was difficult to park car and also property did not have enough in it in my opinion. We didn't have duvets at all and got very cold at nights. Also, not enough glasses etc. Quite overlooked by neighbours. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mitten im Sardischen Leben

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Durch die Lage mitten in Castelsardo hat man einen super Anschluss an Leben und Leute der kleinen Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Altstadt und der Strand sind alle ohne weiteres zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur mit den vielen Bergen muss man sich anfreunden. :) Die Ausstattung war weitestgehend gut, Spül-, und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Wir hätten uns nur ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten und Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel gewünscht. Des weiteren ist die Parksituation nicht die Beste. Das Haus hat keine eigenen Stellplätze und die Straßen rund herum sind sehr eng. Ansonsten waren wir überglücklich. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern funktioniert ausgezeichnet, bei Fragen und Problemen wird einem sehr schnell geholfen.
