Great Value!

Room was clean as well as comfortable. This particular room is first floor and on the end of the building so the lanai is a little tucked away however it still had a great view. Access to the beach was great and provided great snorkeling. The restaurant was good but the pizza place may have been slightly better. No complaints!

Completely Misleading Listing

This listing was completely misrepresented. It stated the unit was a one bedroom with kitchen and the photos showed beautiful views. It was a tiny hotel room - not a one bedroom and not even a studio; there was no kitchen or even kitchenette; and the view photos were from another unit, not from the advertised one, which had a terrible view. In addition, the listing stated nothing about resort fees, and I was charged substantial amounts for "checking in," "parking" and "facilities" charges. I have all the misrepresented listing information, photos and resort receipt for the charges I had to pay and can forward them to VRBO. I notified the host immediately upon my arrival and afterwards and just received bogus replies from them. This listing and experience was a total scam and rip off. It was worth less than half of what I was charged, as I could have stayed directly with the resort for approximately that amount.

Great view, misleading interior

The location and view were amazing! Pool and facilities were nice. The terrain was challenging as you park in a lot at top of the hill and walk on steep path to many of the units…they do shuttle you around if you call and they help you get your luggage to and from car. Had some issues with TV but management was responsive and able to fix it. Really enjoyed our stay but were very mislead about the “kitchen” which consisted of a dorm refrigerator and a coffee maker. No actual dishes, silverware, microwave or sink. Furniture was pretty dated but the mattress was comfortable! The bathroom sink needed a taller faucet because you could barely get your hands under the water and filing coffee pot and washing cups etc was challenging. The plastic Adirondack chairs on patio were NOT comfortable and many of the units around had nicer wicker type furniture…an upgrade there would be nice because sitting outside and looking at the view was a highlight! We had to chase the chairs down the hill next to the unit on a windy day.

Beautiful spot. Glad we stayed here. Our only two complaints were the roosters crowing in the morning and they used scented laundry detergent on the sheets. Unscented would have been much better.
