About this property

Bright apartment located in the center of Viareggio about 550 meters from the sea, the promenade, the pier and a stone's throw from the pedestrian area and the market square. Easily accessible from the train station.
The apartment, of about 45 square meters, has been modernized this winter and has new appliances, and is spread over two levels; on the first floor there is the living area, consisting of a large kitchen / lounge; on the second floor (attic and equipped with air conditioning) there are the sleeping area, with two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts and a small gate on the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair and safety barriers for the bed (on reservation, subject to availability check).
A few meters from the apartment you can find pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, newsagents, pharmacies, pastry shops, bars ...
If you come to visit us by car, you can buy weekly (€ 20) and monthly (€ 50) passes to park in front of or near the house.

Small apartment for people who likes to be outdoors and discover things in the area.

The apartment was situated in the old town of Viareggio. Well equipped. Close to buses, train, local stores, cafe´s, restaurants, the beech walk and an amazing beech.

Great interaction with Daniel who was very helpful. The apartment is well situated in the neighbourhood close to restaurants and conveniences.

Very beautiful little apartment

The apartment is very clean wih good domestic equipment. At night it is a calm area. Daniel was a very kind landlord. We would like to get back in future.

Che dire? E' stata una bella esperienza! L'alloggio è in ottime condizioni e Daniel, il proprietario, è una persona squisita e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. L'alloggio si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal lungomare di Viareggio, e dalle spiagge, ma è in una zona molto tranquilla. E' ottimo per due persone anche se ci sono 4 posti letto, il fatto che è su due piani non disturba molto ma non bisogna essere troppo alti perchè il mansardato può creare qualche problema. Nell'insieme il giudizio è più che positivo anche perchè accettano gli animali domestici (noi siamo andati con due cani) purchè siano educati. Grazie a Daniel abbiamo passato una bella settimana di vacanza.

Piccolo Appartamento accogliente e pulito

Piccolo appartamento pulito e accogliente. Comoda ubicazione: poco distante si trova tutto quello che può servire; mare, negozi e supermercati raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Bella esperienza, da rifare sicuramente.
