In a pretty flowered and very quiet area, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Sea view. Large living room with American kitchen. Four bedrooms each with its own bathroom + WC, 2 with bathtub, 2 with shower. One bedroom on the entrance level (disabled possibility), three on the garden level (staircase). The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, pyrolytic oven, American fridge, dishwasher. The kitchen is adjacent to an outdoor dining area (hard pergola) with a barbecue. Nice swimming pool. Private parking that can accommodate 4 vehicles. The center of Sainte-Maxime is 3km away; the beautiful Nartelle beach 1.6 km away, St Tropez 17 km (boat shuttle to the port), golf course 2 km. Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour chez Jacques. Emplacement a mi chemin entre la plage et le centre de Ste Maxime, magnifique piscine avec vue mer. Maison tres spacieuse. Hote réactif. Un peu d entretien pour avoir des meubles fonctionnels, un parasol pour petit dejeuner dehors aurait rendu le sejour parfait.

Die Lage des Hauses ist Top, geniale Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider szeht das Haus zum Verkaif und der Eigentümer investiert nichts mehr ind behebt somit keine mängel mehr ist ein bischchen in die Jahre gekommen und hätte dringend eine auffrischung nötig.

Great Experience Overall

Owner was helpful and accommodating. Our arrival and departure was well organised. We enjoyed our stay and of course the garden with the great view and pool during the very hot days. It would be even better with a little garden maintenance. If the property is available in the future, we would most certainly consider it for our next visit.
