Spend your next vacation relaxing in this stunning coastal-style home located in the Bay Forrest Community. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home offers open concept living with many upgrades throughout. The first floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, an oversized island, and stainless steel appliances. The living area offers ample seating with a stone fireplace, large flat-screen television, and access to the back patio. The patio provides views of the pond and the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The first-floor master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, and large master bath with walk-in shower offer a tranquil escape after a long day at the beach or pool. In addition, there is a laundry room and half bath on this floor.

The second-floor entertainment room offers a large sectional sofa and flat-screen television for movie viewing. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this floor. The first is with a king-size bed and access to the full shared bath with a shower/tub combination. The other two each have a queen-size bed and share a jack and jill bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The Bay Forest community is amenity-rich and offers a large range of recreational activities. There are three community pools, a fitness center, basketball courts, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, Bocce ball, a beach shuttle, and a pier with a boat launch. A community fee of $150 is required along with the purchase of amenity passes and fill out a short application for this reservation, at $50/pass, a maximum of 8 passes. If a last minute booking occurs, amenity passes may not be guaranteed. Amenity access and price is subject to change per the community and the property manager is not responsible for amenity availability.

Family Vacation

House was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. Homeowners thought of everything, even labeled light switches. Located close to pools. The patio was a little small with the fire pit taking up a lot of room but otherwise the house was great. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home with community location and access to 2 pools and a large gym. Wonderful biking trails. We did not use the recreation barn, tennis courts or bocci ball. Homeowner had a large supply of kitchen gadgets, beach chairs and bicycles. Didn’t realize all these items were available = Could have packed less. My issue: 1st choice property management seemed unaware that a FOB was required to access gym prior to mid morning (and the rec barn after hours) although It was in the rental agreement and I had called the week prior to our arrival and was told that it would be given to us at check in!!! Our vacation was half over until I received the FOB. Had to beg people to unlock door for me to access gym and get berated because I was told that I needed the FOB. Multiple calls to 1st choice property management - they seemed to think that this was a new problem and that our pool cards would “get us everywhere & whenever we needed to go”. Slow to find and solve the issue. Unsure why this needed to be such a hassle but as an early riser who wanted some personal gym time in before the family woke up - it was a frustration for me.

Enjoyed our stay

Great house layout - plenty of room. Only drawback was space on the patio was limited as the firepit takes up a lot of space. House was very clean and came with some extras like spices. Paved walks around complex - walking distance to both pools. Friendly neighbor next door added to our trip!
