Crescent Keyes 704 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This 7th floor condo comfortably sleeps 8. Unit 704 has a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a spacious living and dining area with a brilliant view of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all of your cooking needs to prepare your favorite dish. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and 4 TVs. The 3 bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This condo does not allow smoking or pets. This is a family oriented rental and does not allow student groups.

Crescent Keyes is a 14-story building with covered parking, elevators, an indoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean and pools, and a 56 ft. beach front swimming pool. There are 2 kiddie pools; one on the ground floor and another on the 6th floor courtyard. The 6th floor courtyard also has a sun deck, hot tub, and lazy river.

Crescent Keyes is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few minutes away are the popular tourists' favorites of Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Enjoy dining at your favorite restaurant or try a new unique meal at one of the many that will soon be on that favorites list. Shop at some of the unique shops to pick up a great beach souvenir. Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and Pirates Voyage are ready to entertain your entire family! Very nice

Very spacious condo, the balcony was great, more seating out there would have been better, it's so roomy! Some of the furniture was a little shabby but very comfortable. Greta security in the building and super beach access!

Decent find for a last minute family vacation but lots to improve.

Keyless entry stopped working on our second day. Thankfully we were already in the room when this happened as the rental company’s “after hours emergency number” was unresponsive. By that I mean we called the number, selected the option for emergencies, was connected to someone’s personal phone, left a message and never heard back…. Guess we would have slept in our cars had we been locked out of the room. I finally was able to get ahold of someone the next morning on the main line during normal office hours who sent maintenance out. They arrived at 11ish, couldn’t repair the keyless entry and provided us with one key to use temporarily. We never heard from anyone else the rest of the week. Quite the inconvenience having one key for 5 people. It would have been nice to not lose a whole day of my vacation sorting this out either. Aside from this the cleanliness of the property was very superficial. Areas had very clearly not been vacuumed or mopped because they probably “looked” clean enough. The units washing machine wouldn’t complete a full cycle, even on the lightest load, it would always stop at Spin, leaving your clothes in a bucket of water. Beds weren’t great but it’s a rental so you get what you get. The pool deck is excellent and the beach was great! Check in and out was easy.

Perfect Vacation

Condo was just as pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Great location, beautiful pools, easy parking. I wasn't thrilled about having to check-in at the office, but it was convenient and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly.

Great Stay!

We all had a great time! Loved the balcony. Mattresses made a lot of noise when you moved in the bed but loved every thing else about our stay! Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Get Away

The properties location was fantastic. Close to everything. My family and I would love to return. However, this particualr unit needs a lot of updating. Furniture needs cleaning, kitchen cabinets redone, bathroom doors need to be replaced AND refrigerator filter needs replacing. Glass partitions on the balcony need to be cleaned.
