Ideally located in the heart of the historic district of Perpignan, in a small pedestrian lane our address will open the doors to the high historical places of Catalonia, to Perpignan life and to its many attractions, shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants. our very close neighbors. The Hotel Pams, the Villa Xanxo and the very old Saint Jacques (de Compostela) church are a 2-minute walk away, the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca and the Archipelago Theater are just 10 minutes away.

The suite occupies the entire 1st floor of our old restored 18th century house.
In a bohemian and chic atmosphere, your stay will undoubtedly be relaxed and unique.

We invite you to a charming and spacious space (60m2). Our welcoming suite is divided into 2, on one side a large living room with a table and chairs, where you can have a hearty breakfast and dinner, write your postcards or even put a computer (free wifi), a 19th century sofa, an "industrial" armchair and a coffee table form the living room, finally a "happiness of the day" revamped by the owner, designer and craftsman, complete the furniture of this room.

The large bedroom has a king size bed (180 wide) of very high quality, an art deco dressing table, a clothes rack, a LOUIS XVIII sofa, as well as a jungle chest of drawers and 2 cute bedside tables from the '50s, leopard, all 3 also revamped. A cozy 90 cm bed can be added for a child (17 years old).

The bathroom with its dark and deep tadelakt walls has a comfortable walk-in shower.


DURING THE COVERFIRE:

You can dine in the suite, we will set up a nice table, with glasses, plates, cutlery, pepper, salt and bread.
You can order your evening meal during the day, we will keep it and serve it to you at dinner time or have it delivered to you and we take care of everything and this little service is included in the price of the night.


INFORMATION:

Access to the house is possible by car to drop off luggage and secure parking is a 4-minute walk away.

Single rate all year round: 90 euros / night (minimum rental 2 nights) for a couple and free for a child, freshly squeezed oranges, fresh croissants are included, as well as towels and bed linen.

The hours are flexible, arrival from 3 to 11 p.m., departure and breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. and the possibility of leaving luggage before or after these times.

Free wifi access, kettle and nespresso machine available.
