The villa is located in the beautiful gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. This area provides a quiet and peaceful location, while still being a short drive to the theme parks of Disney.

The property backs on to a delightful conservation area and benefits from having no rear neighbours. Outside is a beautiful south-facing pool, which enjoys the sun all day. There is also a large covered deck, ensuring that guests have plenty of choice between sun and shade. There is a large outside table which provides a relaxing area for outdoor dining. A BBQ is also provided for your use. Sun loungers and pool chairs ensure somewhere to unwind after a busy day at the parks. The lanai runs the full width of the villa.

Inside, our beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa is furnished to a high standard and has new shutters throughout. The large family room has a double height ceiling which makes the space feel light and airy. It looks out onto the pool, with views of the conservation area beyond. An additional living room provides extra space to relax. The games room contains a pool table, an air-hockey table and football. Upstairs is a snug area with a sofa, suitable for quiet time to read a book etc.

There is a well equipped kitchen, which provides the appliances and equipment that you will need to make the most of your stay. There is a breakfast bar with stools, providing an informal area to chat whilst cooking. The dining area looks out onto the pool. A separate laundry room contains a large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and plentiful storage with two walk-in wardrobes. The south-facing balcony, has lounging chairs and a lovely view of the pool and conservation area. There is an en-suite bathroom with two vanity units, a large walk-in shower and a bath.

Also upstairs are two further bedrooms which share an adjacent bathroom - one with twin beds and one with a queen-size bed (UK king size) . Again, both of these rooms have built in wardrobes and flat-screen TVs.

Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a US queen size bed (UK king size). This bedroom has sliding doors to the pool area. These bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Cable TV and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

The driveway provides parking for 2 vehicles, with extra parking available on the road only between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Vehicles parked on the road outside of these times, and those parked on grass verges or obstructing driveways and sidewalks (at anytime) are likely to be towed.

The property does not provide an elecric vehicle charging point. Vehicles should not be connected to a household outlet.

The Sanctuary at West Haven is only a short distance from the main Orlando attractions. Being just 2 miles away from the Interstate 4, it allows for a journey time to Universal Studios and International Drive of approx 20 mins.

The property benefits from 24/7 external security cameras. These are located and provided coverage of the front door, the driveway and garage access, and the side aspect of the property.

The only guests entering the property, should be those included at the time of booking.

Pool heating, which is optional, is subject to an additional charge of £20 per day. Pool heat is generally needed between October and April.
