This beautiful villa has been designed so that its guests can enjoy a pleasant stay!

The villa is located near the seaside village Saint François, where the most beautiful lagoons of Guadeloupe are located.
The village St François with its shops and restaurants, golf course and marina is about a 5 minute drive away.

The villa
The 120m² of the premises (+ 60m² of covered terrace) include a villa that can accommodate up to 4 people and a bungalow that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The villa is composed of:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, communicating with each other, each furnished with two single beds that, put together, can form a King Size bed (180/200), and each with its own private shower room and WC, and a direct access to the terrace by the pool
- 1 very well equipped kitchen with a snacking area, with a ceiling fan, open onto the terrace
- 1 living room open onto the terrace of the swimming pool
- 1 WC
- 1 large covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs for dinning and a lounge area to enjoy a Ti Punch facing the countryside and the swimming pool
- 2 sunbathing area around the pool with lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower with a magnificent view over the countryside and the volcano of Basse Terre called La Soufrière

The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people: ideal for teenagers or grandparents or friends who prefer to keep their independence.
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a ceiling fan, two single beds that can form a King Size double bed (180/200), and its private shower room and WC, pool view
- 1 air-conditioned room equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200), and its private shower room and WC - garden view and independent access
