**TOP FLOOR** BEACHFRONT Villa @ Wyndham Rio Mar Resort- BEST VIEWS!!!

Our stay at this Villa was fantastic. There are 3 pools in front of the building on the beach. The beach here is beautiful and Xavier was a great host. We stayed here for 7 days and had no issues during our stay. There is a convenient store down the street from the resort which has anything you could need. There is also a bakery across the street from the convenient store which we visited daily to buy pan Sobao (sweet bread). There is also a supermarket called Selectos about 2 miles away. The Kioskos in Luquillo are also a few miles away with plenty of food and drink options and a beautiful beach. I definitely recommend stopping there. The Wyndham hotel is right next to the villa and has several dining options. While here check out Peccas ice cream shop which is about a mile away and has great ice cream. Especially the coconut whiskey ice cream. I will definitely plan another trip and stay here.

We have been to PR three times already and wanted a location not far from the airport and close to activities and restaurants! Xavier’s ocean side villa was perfect and amazing! The views and closeness to the beach (literarily, steps from the ocean) was phenomenal. The villa was perfect and Xavier helped resolve any issue we had in minutes of contacting him. And he was always accessible for anything, a terrific host.

The villa was perfect for the six of us. The size was terrific where we could play games or just hang out on th patio. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast or other meals as well as making mojitos in the evening!

The location, also perfect! Just 35 mins from the airport and a couple of miles from Luquillo (the amazing food kiosks) and El Yunque (tropical rain forest). The villa was perfect for our family with four adult children - the Wyndham resort and casino was perfect for them to have a nightlife. And the villa is perfect for small children too with the excellent pools to relax in.

Overall, our best experience to date vacationing in Puerto Rico and I highly recommend Xavier’s ocean side villa - so worth it!

We just got back from a lovely stay at this villa. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! The villa was in the top floor of the building and the view to the beach was simply spectacular. We almost didn't wanted to leave since you could see the beach from everywhere inside. However, having breakfast in the balcony watching and hearing the waves, was very nice and soothing. This villa had 2 balconies, which I don't think many others in the building had. One balcony was off from the living area and the other was off the master bedroom, which made it extra special. The place was spotless and well appointed. The pools were a dream and it was nice to be able to bring our drinks down from the villa to the pool since we saved a bunch of money that way. We visited many of the restaurants in the area recommended by Xavier and loved them. Our favorite was La Parrilla and we ended up going twice. We also did a snorkeling trip once to a nearby key and went to Old San Juan, which is definitely a must-do! The resort's grounds were spotless and the surrounding towns and places we went to seemed well recuperated from the hurricane of last year. We are already planning to return! Thanks, Xavier, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

Even though the furniture is a little different from the pictures everything was very nice. Air conditioner worked really great. Fantastic ocean view and great space for two couples to have their own space. The owner replied to all my questions very promptly. Super easy check in and check out process and will most probably stay again in the near future.

Only little recommendation is to provide a sponge and little detergent in the kitchen.

The pools area great and even better though it was the summer they were practically empty the majority of th time.

We stayed at Xavier's property in July of 2017. It was exactly as advertised. We loved the pools right in front of the unit. We also walked to the Wyndham quite a bit. They are strict on pool use if you don't have an armband, so we ended up swimming more at the pool in front of our condos. We actually liked the area in front of our condo better anyway - the Wyndham pools were really crowded.

The views from the condo were amazing and the ocean is right there, so it was easy to go back and forth from the two. My kids, ages 8 & 12 loved the easy beach access and the entire location of the Condo.

Xavier was very helpful one day when our dryer stopped working - He had someone fix it immediately.
