Enjoy this brand new luxury home conveniently located close to freeway access, Roaring Springs water park, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, & more! Ideal for families - This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a spacious loft to comfortable sleep a total of 8 people. Get to downtown Boise, the Airport, the Village at Meridian - all within 15 minutes! Fully stocked and thoughtfully decorated. Quiet Neighborhood with private key-less entry. Enjoy mountain views from the back porch with no backyard neighbors.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are 5 beds total. The master suite has 1 king bed and full bathroom with a walk-in closet. Bedroom's 2 & 3 both have Queen sized beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with a Tub-Shower combo. There is a spacious bonus room loft upstairs with two Twin XL beds, a Foosball table, and games and toys for kids . Graco pack and play also available to use at the home.

Full two garage available for parking, as well as parking in the driveway. Please be courteous to neighbors if parking on the street.

Gracious and Beautiful

This rental is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has all the amenities. We accidentally left something behind. The Palm House quickly mailed it to us. What above and beyond hosts! We definitely hope to stay again in the future.
