- Balcony, accessible from the living room, equipped with garden furniture. The balcony is EAST facing.

Nearby
All mouth shops (bakery, supermarkets, butcher shop, organic grocery, caterers) are a 5 minutes walk away. You can also find pharmacies, doctors, perfumeries, ready-to-wear shops. Several very friendly restaurants are also present in the area. We recommend the Caraque to eat very good pancakes with views of the sea and the Solidor Tower (booking recommended). Solidor’s bistro is also a great place to enjoy yourself. To drink a coffee or an aperitif the Cancalais remains a real Malouine institution.

The neighborhood
Solidor is the charming neighborhood of Saint-Malo. You will find beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity (less than 10 minutes walk), the shopping street of Saint-servan is within a 10 minutes walk. So you can enjoy both the beaches, shops but also restaurants and bars renowned in Saint-malo such as the Cancalais, the Poncel. All without taking the car, only walking a few minutes!
