In the heart of the Loir valley, between Tours and Le Mans, in a haven of peace, on the heights of Poncé sur Loir, near the castle of Poncé and the hills of Jasnières, come and stay in a comfortable and spacious gîte. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, independent dining room/living room. Independent WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its private bathroom (Italian shower). Upstairs: large landing. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160). Bathroom with shower and bath and wc in the bathroom. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. FIBER access. Gas barbecue-plancha. NON SMOKING COTTAGE. Heating in compulsory supplement from 01/10 to 15/04: 8 euros per day. Cleaning fee in compulsory supplement for professionals: 80€. (Passage of the garbage truck around 4:30 am on Wednesday). Possibility of cleaning during the stay for long-term rentals. Every 15 days, cleaning fee billed at €80. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. Gite très propre et confortable, finitions au top

Le gite est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Tous les équipements indispensables sont de qualité et la vaisselle est en nombre. L'accueil est très bon. La petite route visible sur les photos en proximité du jardin n'est pas à redouter car elle est seulement utilisée par la propriétaire qui vit à côté (mais très discrète) et se termine par une voie sans issue. La vue sur la campagne est très agréable et le village est accessible à pied. Emplacement très calme. Si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour dans un lieu confortable, n'hésitez pas, cette adresse est idéale ! Signé : une famille de 7 dont un enfant de 5 ans 1/2
