Great Stay

This place was everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The property manager was very helpful and their response time was very timely. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Cary, NC.

Great Host. Great Place

Kathy the host was exceptional. She communicates clearly and treats you as if you were a great friend. The place was nicely decorated, a good value and some nice extra touches like Keurig and fresh snacks.

Perfect Location

This property delivered on all levels. Very comfortable with great amenities. The host also thought of the little things like bottled water, coffee pods, tea, & snacks. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfectly situated as we needed to travel between Cary & UNC Chapel Hill every day. Everything was close by including great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay again.

My favorite is the hosting - I enjoy meeting people virtually and trying to anticipate how they will be most comfortable in my homes.

Why they chose this property

Cary is a great area, and the townhouse is located in an older neighborhood with established trees and landscaping. It's a quiet, safe area for walking with easy access to downtown, as well as a quick hop onto I-40 to drive to Durham or Raleigh. The downtown area has exploded in the last few years! Construction is happening (and supposed to be finished by the end of 2023) on a new, 7-acre park, where visitors can enjoy live music, beautiful landscaping, picnics, a marketplace for food, water spray areas and more. https://downtowncarypark.com
