Smashing cosy cottage.
We had a lovely stay for 2 nights, loads to do locally with some fantastic walks in the countryside.
Would definitely book again.
Really warm, comfortable cottagfriendsql for walking on the North York Moors.
I would highly recommend it to friends. A warm welcome from the landlady, excellent facilities.
A little piece of heaven
Jasmine cottage is charmingly quaint and located in the most beautiful spot. Perfectly located for enjoying the local countryside and The Back Swan at Oldstead is just minutes away. York is easily accessible too, a perfect combination. The cottage was spotlessly clean and Terri couldn't have been more helpful. Terri even picked us some bramley apples! I would've scored the cottage a 5 except for a couple of little things. The shower could do with being updated and the heating system was a bit antiquated. Little things that aren't an issue for a short stay. Thanks Terri
Clean and comfortable cottage with everything you could need included.
Spacious clean rooms with everything needed for a ‘home from home’ holiday. Very good central position in quiet , pretty village.
So glad that you enjoyed Jasmine Cottage! It was a pleasure to have you. We had great communications with you, and thx for leaving the Cottage so nice.
Had a wonderful stay at Jasmine Cottage. Was well equipped with some extras. Terri was a lovely host and the locals were friendly. Would stay here again.
It was a pleasure to have you stay at The Cottage! Glad that you enjoyed yourselves. Thanks for your comments, review, and good care of the place.
York city (19 miles) full of history; Pickering (25 miles) has 'live' rail way, etc. Kilburn village is in the North York Moors National Park. Castle Howard (19 miles) is what the TV series Downton Abbey is written about. Famous James Herriott, country vet, lived in Thirsk (7 miles) and a market town.
