Superbe villa

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette très belle villa. Les deux appartements sont très bien équipés et totalement indépendants, ce qui permet d’y passer des vacances à plusieurs familles tout en gardant son indépendance. La vue sur la mer est magnifique depuis les deux séjours et terrasses. Plusieurs petites criques sont accessibles à environ 10min à pied, elles sont peu peuplées et les eaux très claires permettent d’observer les poissons avec un simple masque et tuba. Possibilité de se garer facilement en voiture à coté des plages. Cédric et Valérie sont des hôtes charmants, à l’écoute et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour vos futures vacances !

Parfait !

Fantastique ! La maison est très belle, au calme, bien équipée, rien ne manque ! La vue des deux étages est somptueuse : vue sur la mer de tous les endroits, même des chambres et vue d’avion des belles terrasses ! Réellement spectaculaire ! La maison est distribuée en deux appartements : il y a deux salons, deux cuisines, ... et c’est un avantage car c’est parfait pour deux familles qui souhaitent parfois retrouver un peu d’autonomie. Parfait aussi pour une grande famille si on sait monter les marches d’escaliers pour retrouver les autres sur la terrasse arrière qui permet de tous déjeuner ensemble ! Les criques en-dessous de la maison, assez peu fréquentées pour la pleine saison, sont splendides même si elles ne sont pas en sable fin. Elles sont proches à pied à l’aller pour la descente, pour le retour, ça monte un peu… ( on a parfois pris la voiture, aucun problème pour se garer). Dernier point : accès facile à la superbe marche le long de la mer sur la promenade des douaniers qui va de Llança au Port de la Selva ! Propriétaires accessibles et charmants, très bon accueil de Michèle. Bref, tout était parfait. Encore merci, nous reviendrons !!!

Bad Service from Vrbo

The property has good views and is well equipped ( although no microwave). However the sound insulation between upstairs and downstairs is not good as all little noise can be heard. The downstairs toilet does not work properly. Unfortunately we had a stressful arrival because the property which was described in Vrbo UK as a villa was in fact two separate unconnected apartments on two levels separated by outside stairs. After immediately contacting the homeowner who refused to compensate us for the incorrect listing and being forced to use the unconnected apartments, I called Vrbo. Vrbo blamed the homeowner for the incorrect listing and false information on Vrbo UK, and said it has no responsibility towards providing us a good service because it is marketplace. This is in spite of Vrbo taking the full rental amount in advance from us.
