Nice apartement with beautiful lake view

Positive: - A nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment with a large balcony and magnificant lake view. - Handover of keys worked perfect, because the agent arrived in Montreux on time. Negative: - Communication with agency in Paris difficult, i.e. two days before arrival we did not know yet where and by whom we will get the keys for the because they are located directly above the parking lot ot the train station - The two bedrooms are very noisy, where there was a constant coming and going of people and vehicles until late at night.

this is a lovely apartment and is in a wonderful location right opposite the train station

Wonderful - the town was busy with Freddie Mercury/Queen fans. It was wonderful atmosphere and the apartment has amazing view, was centrally located, near trains and buses. We took a boat trip on the lake and took a bus to nearby Chateau de Chillon, such a beautiful stay and we made many lovely memories. Idyllic - thank you Only tiny issue was the smell from the laundry room and I know this was most certainly the washing machine !

Overall Good

This was a great location, very clean and comfortable beds! However, the communication of the person to meet in the lobby wasn't the best. We had to wait over a half hour outside in the rain for the person to come. There is no flexibility for checking in. If you arrive early, they will not accommodate until 2:00 pm
