L’appartement est incroyable.. très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et bien décoré... très bon accueil.. vue magnifique, on ne se lasse pas de regarder les bateaux et la mer qui change de couleur selon la météo… nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.. nous reviendrons !!! Merci à la propriétaire

L’adresse n’est pas au 12 Frédérick Lemaître mais au 68 boulevard Clémenceau : Certes c’est la même résidence, mais celle-ci étant immense, cela fait une importante différence (voir sur Google map pour comprendre) Heureusement que le facteur a été très professionnel sinon notre courrier suivi aurait été perdu. Appartement lumineux et calme. La déco est visible sur les photos, tout est conforme : notre choix s’est fait sur l’aspect mer et centre ville, pas sur la décoration. À chacun d’apprécier ou non ;)
