Welcome to The Lake House!!!

Our cottage is Newly built with quality detail and premium finishes. The Lake House presents a 600 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys for your family and friends. A 16ft Aluminum boat with a 25HP, a 14ft Aluminum boat with a 15HP , for rent. Four Kayaks, Two Canoes, and one Paddle boat. These toys sit along a 100 Ft dock with a 20ft x 20ft entertainment area off the main dock. All new Bedding delivered in May 2022.

The Space

The Lake House was completed in May 2020.

The Lake House is within a 5 minute drive to Madoc Village for all of your essential needs including Grocery stores, Tim Horton's, McDonald's, Subway, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Hardware stores, Hospital Clinic and Gas Stations.

A perfect getaway!

Our stay was wonderful! A beautiful place to spend time with lots of toys to make it fun. Professionally managed and clean. i would stay there again.

Great for a friend get-together!

Had a really good time at this property! I do wish the kitchen was a bit more stocked. Despite sleeping 16 people, there was only cutlery and mugs for 8ish people, and we had to bring our own salt+pepper and oil. The water was also a bit disappointing, very swampy and not great for swimming. But we loved the canoe and paddle boat and the dock was great for hanging out on. The games were a real treat, even if we couldn't play some of them (no one had change!), and the Juke box worked amazing! Overall, a great experience.

BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE!

My family and I loved absolutely everything about our stay at Jeremy's cottage. The property is beautifully kept and has all the amenities that make for a wonderfully comfortable and quaint cottage getaway. Our extended family has been cottaging together for many years now, and this was by far, unanimously, our favourite stay. Jeremy is a gracious host and excellent with communication. We look forward to visiting again!

Great host, great cottage

The cottage was beautiful and very luxurious. The Cottage and property was not fully complete but once completed will be very stunning. Lake entrance at the dock is shallow but beautiful views.
