The bedroom is a hotel suite style with a large, king-sized bed. Unwind after a long day among the pristine, white bedding. The private, ensuite bathroom is a four-piece unit, including a tub for a soak after a long day on the ski hills. Within the suite, guests have access to TV, shower, fluffy towels, portable fans, mini fridge and microwave. All the basics.

AMENITIES

Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.
Communal BBQs are located on the main floor.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

Please note this building does not have an elevator/lift.

The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. The property is in a good location being close to the resort. We did have some issues with our room. The room booked was an adjoining room which was so loud we could hear every word spoken in the other room and or any other sounds made. They were also very loud keeping us up both nights. The listing we booked listed a coffee maker and there was not one in the room. I messaged the receptionist to ask for one and was told it was not on the listing. I sent a screenshot clearly showing the listing with no response. Also neither sauna was functional on our second night and the shower would alternate from scalding hot to freezing cold. We ended up having to shower in the sauna room. Overall not worth the cost for no sleep and amenities that were not functional.

Great privacy - Long hike up to room!

Couldn’t figure out the fireplace in great room - but enjoyed the space immensely. Great location and nice extras In the room to make it more convenient, however A coffee maker is odd to not have included . Thanks you!

This spacious lock off room is located on the top floor in the Spruce building at Timberline. This fully private room has a comfy king bed, mini fridge and microwave. There is a full bathroom and an extra sink in the room. Guests enjoy access to multiple hot tubs, sauna, games room and more!
