This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 4 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast.

Only 300 M from the sea, it is located in Urb L' Amfora. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus.

The villa has an enclosed garden, you can have your meals on the terrace. The landscaped pool has a wooden deck where you can have your own barbecue.

Ostern 2024 in St.Pere Pescador /Ampfora 64. Das zweite Mal mit 5 Erwachsenen im Ferienhaus! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt, es war alles bestens und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die neu installierte Küche im Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Saftpresse etc.). Ebenso bieten die neuen Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern einen erholsamen Schlaf. Für den Pool war diesmal leider noch zu kalt :-( Die Betreuung Vorort ist schon vor der Anreise bis zur Hilfestellung beziehungsweise für Tips und Informationen während des Aufenthalts jederzeit verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Freundliche Mitarbeiter die sofort an Lösungen gearbeitet haben wenn welche aufgetreten sind. Schönes Haus mit schönem Pool, allerdings ist das ein oder andere schon in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Zmmer sind auch schon erneuert worden.

Das Haus ist schön, tolle Lage, im Grunde war alles wie beschrieben, wobei aufgrund des Alters die ein oder anderen Abnutzungserscheinungen erkennbar sind.

Toplage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, sehr schöne Gegend. Viele schöne Orte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, wir ( 2 Familien) hatten genügend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter Kontakt vor Ort, Poolreinigung top, schöner Garten mit genügend Schattenplätze.

Heel goed ontvangen met de sleuteloverdracht van een heel vriendelijke mevrouw. Voor zo veel geld per week had ik meer verwacht van het huis. De keuken is ontzettend toe aan vernieuwing. De bedden / matrassen zijn erg oud en ook toe aan vernieuwing. De trapleuning is los en is daardoor gevaarlijk. Het deck rond het zwembad is in verschillende plekken kapot en heeft een likje verf nodig.
