About this property

Perfect for vacation rentals...you will be sure to enjoy all this house has to offer! The outside space is outstanding with grass areas, open air and screened in decks with most covered to provide shade on those hot summer days. Adjoining the lower lakeview deck is a grass area large enough to set up lawn games and the street side of the house offers a large lawn area as well. This is a two-level lake house with the living room with large flat screen TV, queen sofa sleeper, island kitchen, dining area, a king lakeview bedroom and a queen bedroom adjoined by the screened in porch on the upper level. The lower level offers a family room, another lakeview queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and a child bed plus a cot in the closet. The family room offers a large pit style sectional couch, big screen TV, activity/dining table and each level has a full bathroom. There is a 12’ x 30’ boat slip available with a swim ladder on the dock! This house is located just outside of Osage Beach just off of route KK about 1.5 miles past the entrance of Margaritaville and sits at about the 23 mile marker of the Osage Arm of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! Close to all of the lake area attractions including Big Surf Water Park, The Oaks & Hidden Lakes Golf Courses at Margaritaville, boat rentals, waterfront bars and restaurants. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Pets welcome with a $200 non refundable pet fee.

If bringing a boat, the closest boat ramp is located at Surdyke Marina off of Route KK. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is also close and offers a boat ramp and trailer parking.

Perfect for our family of 8

Listing was very accurate. We appreciated the location - being able to get to places like Margarativille & Red Head's easily by land or water. Roads were not as steep or windy as other places we've stayed at the lake. House isn't huge but was plenty big enough for our four couples to be very comfortable - dining table even fit us all & lots of outside seating as well. House was well stocked with everything we needed during our 5 night stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice Rental!

Very clean and comfortable place in good location. Professionally managed and well appointed. Felt like an upscale hotel. The dock was great for rental pontoon boat and had inflatables for swimming. Decent area to walk the dog. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch. Like many places on the lake the rooms aren’t that large but it was great for 5 adults.

Great spot!

We enjoyed this quiet and clean property. The boat dock was perfect for renting a boat, fishing and floating in a very quiet cove. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.
