Super Aussicht, gewisse Schwächen

Super Aussicht, aber zwei "Probleme": Keine Klimaanlagen, wird sehr warm. Aussenparkplatz nur für sehr kleines Auto. Schliessanlage mangelhaft.

Sehnsuchtsort am Meer

Sehr schöne Lage, tolles Haus! Wir haben die Ruhe, die Panoramaaussicht und die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen. Den Pool haben wir ebenfalls regelmäßig genutzt, um uns zwischendurch zu erfrischen. Dafür haben wir uns gerne mit dem kleinen Bett und dem engen Klo arrangiert.

Lage ist nicht alles

Das Haus ist in bester Lage aber die Lage ist nicht alles! Für ein Haus in diesem Preissegment erwartet man mehr als nur eine gute Aussicht. Sowohl Interieur als auch Exterieur liessen zu wünschen übrig. Das Mobiliar war zum teil veraltet völlig abgenutzt und fleckig. Da nutzt es auch nicht das Sofakissen umzudrehen, damit man die Flecken nicht sieht, und unter die Couch Holzklötze zu stellen. Das Schlafzimmer, ein Anbau in Kubus Form, entpuppte sich als Backofen, in dem ein Schlafen nur sehr schlecht möglich war. Zwar war bekannt, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber ein Stehventilator reicht nicht aus. Zudem war der Sonnen-und Poolbereich vom davorliegenden Haus ( man könnte meinen es steht auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie das Ferienobjekt ) einsichtig, so das man sich beobachtet fühlte. Fazit: Preis-Leistung sind hier nicht stimmig. Die Lage macht zwar viel aus am Preis, aber nicht alles.
