Sunshine Cottage is a former fisherman's terrace cottage in the seaside town of Teignmouth. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one adult bunk, along with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a foldaway table and chairs. Outside is a courtyard with steps to a decked area with furniture and parking is available in local car parks. Sunshine Cottage is a lovely base for a small family with plenty to see and do in the area.
Amenities: Electric convector heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside property only, pay and display parking in public car park 5 mins walk away. Permit can be obtained from Tourist Information Centre at £20 per week. Small enclosed courtyard garden with steps to decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: The top bunk bed is to be used by children over six only. Note: Internal stairs and stairs to decked area are steep and therefore the property isn't suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
