Secure and quiet residence, 250 m walk from the sea and the beaches, 350 m from the local shops, 300 m from the Parc du Canet (sports ground, pétanque, ...) and 600 m from the centre and the port and 10 mn from the train station, everything can be done on foot!

## Logement
The studio is very pleasant, bright and functional. It is composed of a bunk bed that can accommodate children and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom The accommodation has a 13 m2 terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs are available) which will be very appreciated in summer! The accommodation is fully equipped, with all new appliances. Private parking space, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer and Air conditioning. The location is ideal, 3 minutes walk from the Parc du Cannet and the coastal path, the beaches (accessible by a footpath), 10 minutes from the famous port of Bandol. A few minutes by boat from the port of Bandol, you can go and visit the island of Bendor, the island of Embiez known for its charm, craftsmen, nature and calm. True haven of peace: calm, the joys of the sea and walks or bike rides.

The studio is also located close to the centre, all shops (restaurants, shops, market, grocery shops, bakery...).

A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

## Emplacement
Ideally located close to the beaches and the coastal path. The residence is less than 10 min on foot (5 min by car) from the port of Bandol and the numerous restaurants and stores. Access to Bandol is possible by car with a freeway exit a few minutes from the village center. Bandol also has a railway station served by the TGV and the TER. The train station is 10 min walk from the apartment. Bandol proposes in season many animations such as the night market of the craftsmen, musical animations and in particular a festival in August. ## Transports
You can do everything on foot without taking the car. The daily market is on the Charles de Gaulle quay. There are large paying car parks in the town centre. From Bandol you can reach the Paul-Ricard Islands, including Bendor, Embiez Island and Porquerolles thanks to shuttle buses. Numerous excursions are proposed from the port of Bandol, such as visiting the Calanques de Cassis, the discovery of the seabed, diving sessions.... You can also reach in a short time many tourist places of the region such as Sanary sur Mer and its market, Cassis and its Calanques, Hyéres and the peninsula of Gien, as well as Marseille, Toulon.
