A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment of 100 m2 with AC, bright and airy, with 2 balconies and a large terrace allowing you to enjoy a nice breakfast in the sun.

Space

Welcome to our apartment,
Located on the first floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, A/C, balcony, large terrasse, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
The living room is very enjoyable with 4 big windows, a French balcony with a small sea view and a large terrasse to enjoy your breakfast with the sun. In two bedrooms you will find a large double bed and another bedroom with two small beds, gathered on request.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

Apartment is ideally located close to the Old Town of Cannes.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood

Cannes city center is the must-see district of Cannes, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very popular and lively area. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d'Antibes is 10 minutes away on foot... Not to mention the beach and La Croisette at 15 minutes. You will be a few meters away from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes, Suquet area and Plage du Midi.
Bakery and supermarket are close to the building.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by bus: take the line n°210 in direction of Cannes and stop at Cannes’ train station. Journey takes about an hour and this stop is 800m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Cannes’ train station is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in the city by car and park in the streets around or in one of the public parking of the Old Town. Closest public parking is Parking Suquet Forville 5 minutes away on foot.

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two different ways:
- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged 30 € extra fees to be paid on arrival.

Emplacement parfait et belle surface
L'appartement est parfait pour l'emplacement très central et néanmoins au calme. La climatosation marche a merveille et la surface est bien conçue.
