Summary:
We are excited to offer our guests luxury suites at the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Get access to all amenities like any other hotel guest does, including the MGM Grand Pool. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Guest Access:
There are 3 swimming pools at Signature MGM but you will also have access to the MGM Grand Wave Pool. There are two fitness centers located in Tower 1 and 3. For our Furry Friends there is a dog park located in near the main entrance in Tower 2.

The Neighborhood:
Las Vegas Strip is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, nightlife and entertainment. The Strip, which includes tons of restaurants, night clubs and venues for shopping is half a mile from Suites at the Signature by Hostie. McCarran International Airport is 1.9 miles from the property, the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace 0.9 miles and Henderson amphitheater is 11 miles away.

Getting Around:
-Uber or Lyft is the best option
-Free valet parking for guests at the Signature MGM.
