FLEUR DE SALINE - Agréable appartement en duplex

I am an apartment located in La Saline Les bains, I have large spaces and a cosy and trendy decoration.

Pass my front door, you will find a duplex apartment with at the entrance level: an air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom, and upstairs, my air-conditioned living room with its dining area and relaxation area. Then you will find my fully equipped kitchen. Finally you will discover my second bedroom with a shower room and toilet. Finally, you will find my sunny terrace composed of an outdoor living room and a dining area.
Without forgetting, that I have two parking spaces: one in the basement and one above ground.

Peut beaucoup mieux faire !

Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour mais... • sur l'annonce Abritel, il était indiqué en pictogrammes une douche avec WC à l'étage + une baignoire et un WC en bas : il n'y était pas ! • le volet de la chambre du bas était cassé et absence de rideau occultant : inconfort et insécurité. • terrasse bâchée très agréable mais inutilisable dès qu'il pleut, même peu, la bâche est usée, poreuse, déchirée et mal fixée donc en plus bruyante avec le vent... • uniquement 3 bols pour 4, pas de couteau de cuisine efficace, 6 assiettes plates, 6 à dessert, 2 casseroles dont 1 inutilisable sur la plaque mais des poêles en nombre... • appartement anonymement géré par une agence immobilière qui n'a pas apporté de solutions concrètes aux divers problèmes. Nous avons demandé le remboursement de la taxe de séjour de la quatrième personne qui n'avait pas pu venir et un dédommagement compte tenu de l'inconfort subi de la chambre du bas, aucune réponse à ce jour !
