Beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo with sleeper sofa at River Strand Golf Community, a 27 hole Arthur Hills designed professional golf course. This condo stands above the rest. Immaculate, customized and completely furnished. Enjoy the beautiful lanai looking out on the 27 hole golf course. There are two main pools and six satellite pools along with workout center, tennis and pickle ball courts, fine dining restaurant, tiki bar and grille room. Lots of activities are offered.

The clubhouse has a beautiful dining room with awesome food, there’s a tiki bar at the main pool and a Grille Room.

The transfer fee gives you golf rights and access to all the pools, the exercise centers, tennis and pickle ball courts.
